Dr. Kate Coysh is a board certified and licensed chiropractor as well as a personal trainer. She received a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Kinesiology before pursuing her chiropractic doctorate Degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. While attending Palmer, Dr. Coysh supplemented her education by becoming certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and working at Palo Alto’s Jewish Community Center. Currently, Dr. Coysh is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and is pursuing her post-graduate certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. She enjoys working with sports teams and motivating individuals to continue progressing in their journey of leading a healthy and full life.
Dr. Coysh takes time with each patient to get to know not only what is ailing them, but who they are and how best to help them. Optimum health has a different meaning for every individual, so while a routine series of adjustments may be beneficial for some, it would over look crucial aspects of others’ lives. Chiropractic can be incredibly beneficial to many people because of how inclusive it is in diagnosing the current injury and as well as identifying ways to prevent re-injury.
